We’ll start on 7/1 and go for 3 weeks. We’ll do a celebratory call + prizes the week after we wrap-up!
Join with a friend or 2 to make it even more fun and for even extra accountability; anyone at any fitness level can join! Challenges are a great way to keep your wellness priorities + goals top of mind, while having fun at the same time!
